Help! My payment isn't working.
We've got your back! First, make sure to turn off any VPNs or proxy servers. Double check that your name, CVC, and zip code match your card and bank info. Your card and billing country should be the same too. Lastly, enable any extra security features like 3D Secure with your bank. You'll be designing in no time!
What kinds of pics work best for designing my space?
For the best results, snap your pics straight on facing a wall or window. Angled shots can work, but head-on is always better. Make sure your photo is crisp and well-lit. Remember, the final design is only as good as the pic you start with!
What types of photo files can I upload?
We love JPGs, PNGs, WebPs and AVIFs! Sorry HEIC fans, you'll need to convert those to JPG first.
How long until I see my new room?
Get excited! It takes about 119 seconds to transform a single photo. But here's the really cool part - you can design up to 16 pics at the same time. How's that for fast?
Is my info safe when I upload photos?

Will there be any weird glitches in my design?
Okay, real talk - sometimes AI designs can have little quirks, like funky chair legs or weird walls. It all depends on your original pic and the style you pick. But don't stress! 95% of the time, your designs will be amazing. And for those other 5%? They'll be MIND-BLOWINGLY good. Plus, you can always use our editor to fix any hiccups. We're constantly improving to make every design flawless!
Is it safe to pay on interiorlab?
Absolutely! We use Stripe, the most secure payment processor out there. They handle all the financial stuff, so we never even see your card info. It's like having a super strong safe for your money!
What ways can I pay?
We accept all the major cards - Mastercard, Visa, Amex, you name it! We've also got iDeal, SOFORT, Bancontact, Przelewy24, Giropay, EPS, GrabPay, AliPay, and a bunch more. The only things we don't take are PayPal and crypto.
What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund?
Here's the deal - creating AI designs takes a TON of computing power, which means big costs for us. Our partners don't give refunds for all that GPU time, so unfortunately, we can't offer refunds either. It's just the reality of AI! When you sign up, you're agreeing to our no-refund policy. But trust us, once you see your amazing designs, you won't even think about refunds!
How do I cancel if I don't want to design anymore?
No worries, canceling is a breeze! Just log in, click 'Billing' at the top, and you'll be taken to our billing portal. From there, you can download invoices, change plans, or cancel anytime. If you can't log in, no stress - just go to 'Billing' on our homepage, enter your email, and Stripe will send you a magic link. And if you signed up through our iOS app, you can manage everything right through Apple. Easy peasy!
